There are different levels at which to do this. I can look at all of your employees and, based on your company’s goals and the vibratory or energy level within your particular work environment, tell you who will work best for those goals and not stab you in the back, and sabotage your company’s good for their own gain.
I can help you make you make the proper hiring and firing decisions based on criteria other than education, experience, age, race and sex. I look at the vibratory level and energies of the person, in particular negative energies and traits that might seriously detract from their ability to work as their resume says they should be able to. I will tell you who will work best for your company, and who you should absolutely avoid hiring. There are individuals who will sabotage the team effort and company reputation for their own purposes, which may not even be personal gain. Such people simply thrive on disharmony and tension, and they can do more to destroy morale and productivity than an earthquake or hurricane.
Selection can be done in two ways:
1. Your personnel department screens the applicants and gives me the vetted candidates and I let you know who will work best.
2. Or you can just give me the whole pile of candidates and I can let you know who will be the best fit – someone who will fit well into the organization and work in the most productive, positive way. The choices may surprise you, the results will impress you.
I can also work directly with your existing staff, to teach them techniques that will help them be more productive. These techniques are simple visualization and meditation tools which will help them clear negative energies and be more present in their work, have more energy and enthusiasm, be able to focus clearly, be less stressed, and get along better. With stress and tension levels decreased and clarity increased, there is more energy for increased productivity and efficiency at work, and energy left over to have a real life. One of the immediate benefits is less absenteeism due to physical illness or mental health problems.
I also teach you, as owner or manager, tools to restore your energy, tools to heal yourself from burn out, tools to prevent burnout, and tools to improve clarity. I teach you how to block out the emotional energy from your employees, to be able to analyze a situation in a calm, detached way, for really effective resolution.
